The building seen on the right is the 'Bundesverfassungsgericht' (german federal court of law which makes sure that all laws set forth by the 'Bundestag' are in conformity with the 'Grundgesetz', which is the german constitution).And, of course, the european flag in the center. All to be found in my hometown ;-)
(besides, also the 'Bundesgerichtshof', which is the highest german court of civil law, is found here).
